Donaldson Torit Downflo Oval (DFO)      Models 1-1, 2-2 & 3-3
Torit now offers completely self-contained, "plug-and-play" type units with the new 1-1, 2-2 and 3-3 models. These DFO units incorporate several exclusive unique features. They are packaged with power pack, controls, silencer, damper, dust container, and more. They have an exceptionally compact design and remarkably quiet operation. These units are easily movable through standard aisles and doorways.

Donaldson Torit Downflo Oval (DFO):         2,000 ­ 80,000 CFM
Torit redesigned the Downflo with an oval cartridge that can handle 25% more airflow while actually reducing airflow velocities in the cabinet. This design will allow for a higher air-to-media ratio and therefore a smaller collector for a given air volume, reducing capital equipment costs. Seven filter medias are available for a broad range of applications.

The quick release filter access covers make the DFO even simpler to maintain.

Donaldson Torit Downflo II : 900 - 80,000 CFM
The Downflo is a continuous duty, jet-pulse cleaned dust collector. The downward angle of the cartridge and flow of air insure maximum filter cleaning. The Downflo is utilized in a broad range of applications from abrasive metals to pharmaceutical powders.

Process Environments has installed more DF filters units for varied applications than any other dust control system.

TD Collectors: 300 - 1,500 CFM
The TD unit is very compact and cost effective for small air-volume requirements. They have a continuous-duty, pulse-cleaning design for continuous operation. Both models, TD-162 and TD-573 have a -220" wg housing rating for high-vacuum applications.

VS (Vibra-Shake): 400 - 3,000 CFM
The VS units are intermittent duty collectors which are automatically cleaned via a motorized shaker motor when the unit is shut-down. The VS has replaced the traditional envelope units with high-efficiency cartridges which are easier and less expensive to change.

Environmental Control Booth: 4,500 CFM per module
The ECB is a unique filtered workstation that incorporates Torit filtration technology with a booth inclusive of lighting and sound attenuation. The ECB is ideal for sanding or finishing large or irregularly shaped parts. Standard configurations are 2-6 modules wide.

BV (Bin Vents): 500 - 2,500 CFM
The BV units are available in both insertable and plenum styles. They offer compact design, and a choice of filter medias. Continuous-duty, on-demand pulse cleaning provides uninterrupted service. BV units are easy to install on bin - eliminating ductwork and reducing installation expenses.
